Drill mounted lenses (click here for example) require extra hand time to produce and therefore require an extra charge. If your frame is a drill mount please add the special mounting charge to your lenses.

We need your prescription information to make your new glasses. We've designed this form to make transmitting this information as painless as possible. This was kind of fun wasn't it? Your prescription information allows us to custom make your lenses in your exact prescription. Please note that plus (+) or minus (-) signs should be indicated for all sphere and cylinder powers.

The pupillary distance is needed to fabricate your lenses. Sometimes you may not find it on your written prescription. Your eye care provider should be able to provide you with this number. Many of our customers have obtained their PD by calling the last place that they purchased their glasses.
