Special Mounting Charges $25.00 Drill mounted lenses (click here for example) require extra hand time to produce and therefore require an extra charge. If your frame is a drill mount please add the special mounting charge to your lenses.
We need your prescription information to make your new glasses. We've designed this form to make transmitting this information as painless as possible. This was kind of fun wasn't it?
