Your satisfaction is very important to us, and with this offer, you have our guarantee of enjoyment with your new eyewear. We guarantee complete accuracy on all prescription lenses or they will be replaced at no charge. Please be sure that you have tried on your eyewear and they are exactly what you want.

Warrantee - We honor all manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects on frames and lenses for a period of one year. Nominal shipping and handling charges ($19.95- $29.95) apply to warrantee replacements.

Exchanges - You may also exchange eyewear for eyewear of equal or greater value within the first 30 days of receiving them. If you wish to exchange an item, you have 30 days to return it to Theyedoctor.com. If the exchange is for a new pair with a different value, the difference will be charged to you. There will not be an administrative fee assessed for exchanges. You must pay all shipping charges for the exchange. Limit of one exchange per order. Products that have been discontinued that we have been able to locate for you are final sale items, they have no warranty and may not be exchanged.

Returns - We are confident that you will be satisfied with your new name brand eyewear. However, if for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your eyewear, simply return them to Theyedoctor.com within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund less shipping costs and an administrative fee of 20% of the original item cost. Due to the custom nature of prescription lenses we cannot accept their return, nor are they replaceable. If new prescripton lenses are required on a frame exchange they will be discounted 50%.

For both returns and exchanges, it is essential that you send the product back with its original packaging. The wrapping, case, any manuals and blank warranty cards must be included. Eyewear can not be damaged, scratched, or otherwise altered from their original selling condition. Items not in original condition will be returned. You are responsible for any damage done during shipment back to theyedoctor.com. Shipping charges for returns to theyedoctor.com are your responsibility. Special order products have no return policy.

Cancellations - We allow you 24 hours to cancel an order. After that time cancelled orders will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Before returning any item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted.

Returns are subject to an administrative fee of 20% of the original item cost.
